• Rent depends on the home and the program or voucher paying it, so there isn't one set price.
• We confirm the rent, what's included and who pays, in writing, before move-in.
• We work with housing programs and agencies on inspections and paperwork so homes are ready when households are.

Who it's for

Families, couples and households placed by housing programs, and anyone with a housing voucher looking for a furnished or ready home in Northeast Ohio. We accept every lawful source of income, including vouchers.
