Questions, answered
What does $750 include?
A furnished room in a shared home, plus utilities and Wi-Fi. There are no surprise bills.
Is Grace Haven transitional housing?
Yes. We provide furnished transitional and supportive housing: a private room in a shared home, a written lease and a key, and help with next steps toward permanent housing. Residents keep full tenant rights, and housing never depends on using any service.
Do I need income to apply?
No. Apply anyway, and we'll look at program options with you and your case manager.
Does Medicaid pay for this?
No. Grace Haven provides room and board, which Medicaid doesn't cover. Residents pay with income, benefits, vouchers or program funds.
Who can live at Grace Haven?
Adults who need a safe, stable place to live. Every application is reviewed individually, and we follow fair housing laws.
Can I talk to someone?
Yes. Send your question through the application note or ask Hope, and our team replies by email within one business day.
