Two ways to live with us
- A room in a shared home: a private furnished room, $750 a month with utilities and Wi-Fi included, in areas like Lyndhurst and Cleveland's East Side.
- A whole home: for families and housing-program placements, often paid through a voucher or agency. Rent is confirmed in writing before move-in.
Who refers to us
Case managers, reentry officers and courts, hospital social workers, shelters, housing programs and families across the county. How referrals work.
Paying the rent
We help line up who pays before move-in: income, SSI or SSDI, rapid rehousing through 2-1-1 Coordinated Intake, veterans programs, vouchers, or one-time help. See the guide.
Our commitments
- Equal Housing Opportunity. Every lawful source of income is accepted, including housing vouchers.
